Leslie Gore forever.
The weather today is SO PERFECT. I'm gonna go mow our lawn so that we don't get ticketed by the city.

Listen to me baby, and listen real good

Josh has yet to ever update this blog, but I have faith that he might one day. He has this tumblr of pictures he took on his phone. He hasn't updated it since June sometime, but there's a lot of pictures and I like them. I hope you do, too! If you do, tell me, and I'll make him post things on here. If he wants to.

I want our neighbors to give us our recycling bin back. Yes, we lent it to you one time-- but we have recyclables, too! I'm taking it back tonight, by the moonlight.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ NEW TOPIC ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
So I've only been able to listen to Sweetheart of the Rodeo by the Byrds lately. And by that, I mostly mean I get in my car and listen to "You Ain't Going Nowhere" over and over and over until I'm almost wherever I'm going (usually work), then listen to "I like the Christian Life," "Nothing Was Delivered," and that "Someday Soon" song by Harlem (that song is soooo good).
I had to burn SOTR onto a CD because my record player is dying. This little nugget is relevant probably only to me. My record player has been dying since I started using it. Maria's dad fixed the belt for me when I was in High School, and it was my parent's in the 80s, and it was pretty nice back then I think. Now it's totally the worst, and there's always 10 things wrong with it. One of the channels goes out every 8 minutes or every time you change records/sides of records, so you have to unplug it a lit. And now you can't even hear the first song, it just skips along the record until somewhere in the middle of the second song of the lp. And it's crackle fest all the time, even though the needle is clean and good. SAD/REALLY HARD LIFE.
I should probably just get a new one, but I just don't feel comfortable yet.
Oh, and we're almost done recording. Kind of. I need to finish the lyrics to one of the songs like right now what am I doing.
